Sunny Day Care Center provides high-quality education for children ages 2 to 6, integrated with fun and educational activities. We are a bilingual facility offering both English and Polish programs.

Required Documents for Child’s File:

  • Application Form
  • Child Information Form/Allergy Information (if any)
  • Emergency Contact and Consent Form
  • Medical and Immunization Form
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Guidance and Discipline Policy
  • Photo Permission Form
  • Religion Class Permission Form
  • Verification of Receipt

Need to bring:

  • Blanket for rest time
  • Shoes to be worn indoors
  • Clothes for change
  • Diapers and wipes if needed

  • 4TH OF JULY
  • THANKSGIVING
  • DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING
  • CHRISTMAS EVE
  • CHRISTMAS DAY

When these holidays fall on usual day of care, REGULAR RATES APPLY.

Speech therapy screening

This week, our center conducted speech therapy screening for children under the age of 3, provided as part of the free Early Intervention program.

The screenings were carried out by bilingual speech therapists:
